We have served thousands of civil court actions since 2009 and we understand the importance proper civil process service plays in the outcome of your case. You can send your documents to us:

Once we have received the papers to be served, we will contact you and send you a payment link. We will create a file, verify the service address and make a first attempt within the requested time frame.
We will contact you when your party has been served or if we are encountering difficulties serving your party.

Affidavit of Service

Upon completion of service we will provide you with a signed affidavit of service detailing who was served, when and where they were served, including the proper court case information and having the affidavit notarized if required by the court. If necessary the affidavit will note unusual circumstances regarding service of process to your party. Our affidavits meet or exceed court requirements.

Minnesota Court e-Filing

For your convenience we are able to e-File our affidavits with any court jurisdiction in Minnesota. Your email will be included and the court will correspond with you directly informing you first that the sworn affidavit has been filed, then that it has been accepted. You will be able to access the court stamped copy of the affidavit through a link they will email you.

Registered Agents

Registered Agent Service of Process

When a business or individual is authorized to accept service of process on behalf of a party named in a lawsuit, they become a registered agent. Our process servers make daily rounds to registered agent offices located in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. and if you need us to serve one of these agents for you, simply let us know. If you tell us by 10:00 AM, we can offer same day process service and schedule our stops efficiently.

Minnesota Secretary of State

The Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State will accept and forward service of process for both domestic and foreign companies.

  • If the company is filed with our office, but could not be served at its registered office address, the document may be served upon our office by submitting: two copies of the document to be served; an “Affidavit of Not Found” showing that service was attempted at the registered office address; and the applicable filing fee.
  • When a company cannot be served due to the fact that it is not on file with our office, the document may be served upon our office by submitting: two copies of the document to be served; an address must be provided where service of process can be mailed; and the applicable filing fee.
